Heat fresh, filtered water to 60°C (not boiling). If the water is too hot, it will destroy the nutritional content and alter the flavor of the tea. Let one tea bag steep in 240 ml of water for approximately 3-5 minutes. Moringa tea has a slightly nutty flavor and herbal aroma. Use lemon and honey to taste. You can blend Moringa with your favorite other teas, such as Chamomile, Green Tea, or Ginger to create your own unique flavors while benefiting from the nutritional and antioxidant properties of Moringa.

One or two cups a day should be sufficient to enjoy refreshing cup of high quality of Moringa Tea.

One tea bag can be steeped up to 3 times. Use within 24 hours of opening.

For ice tea, mix 3-4 tea bags in a large pitcher with half full with warm water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Add remaining cold water. Flavor with fresh lemon, oranges, mint or other fruit to make a tasty infused tea beverage.

3How should I store my Moringa Tea?

Moringa Tea bags should be stored in their original sealed pouches and box away from sunlight and heat, preferably in your pantry. Tea bags may be steeped up to 3 times and should be used within 24 hours of opening. Unopened packages of tea are also good for at least one year from the date of purchase.

6Are there any side effects of Moringa Tea?

There has been extensive research and studies done on this product and in short, there are no known side effects that have been reported. However, if you are taking any prescription medications the best thing to do is to consult with a physician before you being taking this to ensure there are no complications or interactions that might take place.

There are possible side effects of moringa tea associated with the diuretic effect of the tea. BUT YOU SHOULD NOT experience diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness or severe cramping. If any of these side-effects occur (depending on their intensity), adjust the strength of moringa tea bags (you can make your tea weaker by soaking the tea bag for less time - say 30 seconds) or discontinue the use of the tea and consider consulting your doctor.
