Deliveries of Products will not be made outside Malaysia.

For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with SOL Moringa website, please contact 03-4022 6689 between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.


Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by either:

You must use the E-commerce system in SOL Moringa website, email to, and phone call to 03-4022 6689 to place an order. We will not accept Orders placed in any way other than those listed above.

Order made before 2.00pm will be processed on the same day. Order received after 2.00pm will be processed on the next day.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send your Order Confirmation to you by email or SMS.


Supply of Your Products

Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

When your Order has been shipped, we will SMS you.



Payment shall be made within 48 hours from the date of order.


Delivery of Your Products

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the Products.

No delivery of any Products will be made to any address outside Malaysia.

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.

Buyer must provide an address in details. Any successfully traced shipment but failed in reaching buyer will not be entertained.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of your Products will be made to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, the carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.


Returning Good and Refunds

Currently, all the products sold in SOL Moringa website are not refundable or exchangeable.

For defective items, please kindly contact us within 3 days after you received the products and deliver them back to us within 7 days.

All returned items received within these 7 days with manufacturing defects, will be exchanged 1 to 1 with other available stocks of the same product.

We are not liable to any shipment cost for returned products due to exchange, unsatisfied product, and buyer’s non-collection or insufficient / incorrect address provided.

We are not liable to any shipment lost / damaged during shipping by postage.
